The pay-per-email model is genuinely brilliant for businesses with large contact lists and low send frequency — you could have 50,000 contacts and pay a fraction of what Mailchimp charges. The CRM, SMS, WhatsApp, and transactional email are all legitimate, not afterthoughts. But the customer support is a real liability, and the account suspension stories on Trustpilot are concerning enough to warrant caution. If you can live with email-only support and the risk of unexplained account blocks, the value is hard to beat. If you need a platform where you can pick up the phone when something goes wrong, Brevo is not it.

Pricing Breakdown
